Every day will be a weaving of practices aimed to support you in deepening relationship with self, each other, nature, and the Mystery. We will journey into the inner terrain through meditation, movement, breathwork, intuitive sound healing; and the outer through group inquiry and wisdom sharing, improvised circle singing/toning, communication practices, and creative play in nature.
