Every day will be a weaving of practices aimed to support you in deepening relationship with self, each other, nature, and the Mystery. We will journey into the inner terrain through meditation, movement, breathwork, intuitive sound healing; and the outer through group inquiry and wisdom sharing, improvised circle singing/toning, communication practices, and creative play in nature. We’ll be living into the question “How do we stay true and present with self and authentic in the relational space?”

Participating in our spiritual evolution is the journey of recovering Wholeness and Authenticity. This is how we make our awakening real and grounded in our daily lives.

You’ll be invited to lean into your growing edges, and soften resistance to feeling what is arising moment by moment in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. From attending to "what is," the capacity to be fully present and connected with self and other grows, and the space of wisdom and creative inspiration becomes more accessible. BEING blossoms easefully.

This is a time of profound change compelling us to live and take actions aligned with our Soul and deepest realization of Truth and Love.

We will cultivate awareness of Presence and subtle perceptual sensitivities through the following:

Daily Gentle Hatha Yoga: the embodied ritual to strengthen the immediate felt sense of self and nature.

Daily Silent Meditation to cultivate stillness and spaciousness and become available to the transformational Grace that holds us in this accelerated time.

Embodiment practices drawn from Qi Gong, Voice Movement Therapy and Body Mind Centering™: To Awaken subtle perceptions of the inner body thereby empowering authentic Presence, spontaneous creative expression, and enriching connection with self, others and nature.

Sound Healing Circles and Vocal Improvisations to deepen our listening to the Mystery as it creates through us as individuals and as a collective.

Self Inquiry and group inquiry: sharing of timeless wisdom and our individual truths, insights and revelations.

Daily Alone time for self study, journaling, long beach walks, hammock time and ocean/pool swimming.

Ceremonies with Indigenous Masters

We will have a special Healing Ceremony with the Kogi Mamos (Shaman-Priests) of Colombia (the famed "Elder Brothers" of humanity and "Keepers of the World"). The Kogi have a passion for sharing their wisdom teachings to visiting westerners. Their pure devotion and oneness with the Earth is a powerful transmission!

Adventure in the "Heart of the World"...

We will spend time at a sacred waterfall and pristine swimming hole in the jungle on Summer Solstice...who knows what magic will unfold?.

Optional Adventures: We will have a one day optional field trip (small extra cost for tour guides) that includes hiking through the jungle in the sacred Sierra Nevada mountains to a Kogi Mamo home to see how he and his family live. Then River Tubing back--a delicious float on a pristine river sacred to the Kogi's--view monkeys, wild birds and find our river voices.

Close by is Colombia's treasured Parque Tayrona, offering horse back riding through the ancient jungle, hiking to gorgeous beaches to swim in crystal clear ocean waters and trekking to the Lost City guarded by the Kogi. Adventuring into the park can be arranged for before or after the retreat or can be done instead of the River Tubing trip.
